AUSTRALIA-WIDE DELIVERY:

  • Standard Freight: A flat rate of $11.95 applies to all purchases for standard shipping within Australia.
  • Free Shipping: Enjoy free standard shipping on orders totaling $150 and above (exclusive to Australia only).
  • We offer Express Post Shipping for Australia, just email us: info@nestandnoor.com.au
  • Order Processing Time: All orders will be shipped within 2 business days from the moment full payment is received.

 

WORLDWIDE SHIPPING:

  • Standard Freight: A weight-based rate will be automatically calculated and applied at checkout.
  • Orders weighing over 2kg: For international orders totaling a weight of more than 2kg, a manually calculated freight charge will be added. Please email your order requirements to info@nestandnoor.com.au.
  • Order Processing Time: All orders will be shipped within 3 business days from the moment full payment is received.
  • Customs and Import Duties: We are not responsible for any customs, import duties or other charges imposed by the receiving country. 
  • Please Note: Some countries may not allow the import of specific materials some of our products may be made from. We are not responsible if your country refuses the entry of any products purchased via Nest and Noor.

 

Shipping Address Requirements:

  • We can only ship physical products to valid addresses.
  • Please ensure that the shipping address provided is complete and accurate. Orders with incomplete addresses will be refunded via the original payment method.

 

Shipping Carriers:

  • All orders from Nest and Noor will be shipped via Australia Post or a 3rd party carrier, as determined by us.
  • Delivery Timeframes: The delivery times are based on estimated times provided by the chosen courier. Please note that these timeframes may vary.
  • Tracking Information: Once your order is fulfilled, we will provide you with a tracking number. This tracking number will be sent to you via email through our website.

 

Order Confirmation and Privacy:

  • Invoice and Order Confirmation: We will email you an invoice along with your order confirmation. Rest assured that pricing information will not be included in the parcel.
  • All Orders Sent as Gifts: Regardless of whether you are ordering for yourself or a friend, every order is sent as a gift.
  • We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order at our discretion.

 

PRINTABLE DOWNLOADS:

  • Digital Downloads: Our digital downloads are available for customers worldwide. Please note that a freight charge is not applicable for downloadable products.
