Delivery Times
All orders are shipped via Australia Post. Delivery timeframes are based on Australia Post networks and may vary depending on your location, seasonal demand, or postal delays.
As a general guide:

Express & Alternate Freight Services
At times, and where necessary - particularly for bulky, heavy, or fragile items - we may ship using another trusted freight carrier at our discretion. This ensures the safest and most efficient delivery for your order.

Processing Times
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–3 business days. During peak periods (Ramadan, Eid, or seasonal sales) processing may take slightly longer, but we always work hard to get your items to you as quickly as possible.
Lost / Delayed Deliveries
Once your order has been handed to the carrier, delivery is unfortunately outside of our control. If your parcel is delayed or marked as lost, we will assist you in any way we can, but Australia Post timeframes and investigations apply.
International Shipping
If you are outside Australia and would like to place an order, please contact us - we are happy to quote international shipping where possible.
